Adults: 150 mg in the morning and evening 15-30 min before meals. Children: 6-11 kg: 25 mg in the morning & evening; 12-23 kg: 50 mg in the morning & evening; 24-40 kg: 100 mg in the morning & evening. All 15-30 min before meals.
