Administer by SC, IM or slow IV route.
Compatibility: Physically compatible with D5W, D10W, Ringer solution, LR, NS, 0.45% NS.

What happens if I miss a dose of Sedaphrine Injection 50 mg 5 Ampx1 mL?
INJECTION: Adults: 25-50 mg SC/IM/IV. Children: Reversal of hypotension from epidural and spinal anaesthesia: IV injection of a solution containing ephedrine hydrochloride 3 mg/mL: 1-12 yr, 500-750 mcg/kg or 17-25 mg/square meter every 3-4 minutes according to response, max 30 mg during episode; 12-18 yr, 3-7.5 mg, max 9 mg repeated every 3-4 minutes according to response, max 30 mg during episode.
ORAL: Adults: 15-30 mg three times daily. Children: Over 4 yr, 10 mg three times daily.
