This medicine helps to relieve postoperative pain associated with excessive gas in the stomach/gastrointestinal tract.

Endoscopy or Radiology premedication
This medicine is used to eliminate gas, air, and foam from the gastrointestinal tract prior to an endoscopic or radiologic examination to enhance visualization and reduce gas shadows.

Functional gastric disorder
This medicine is used to relieve symptoms such as belching, abdominal pain, bloating, stomach distention, etc. associated with functional gastric disorders.

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Simethicone suspension 350 mL or any other inactive ingredient present along with this medicine.
