    This medicine is not recommended for use if the bronchospasm is due to a medicine being taken.

    This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an impaired liver function.

  • Behaviour and mood changes

    This medicine can cause changes in behavior and mood. Symptoms like agitation, irritability, anxiety, unusual dreams, suicidal thoughts should be reported to the doctor. Caution is advised while giving this medicine to people with pre-existing psychiatric disorders.

  • Phenylketonuria

    This medicine should be used with caution in patients having Phenylketonuria as some component of this medicine can cause adverse effects.Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. The missed dose should be skipped if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose.

Abdominal pain, headache, thirst, rarely anaphylaxis, angioedema, seizure, elevated ALT/AST, cholestatic hepatitis, Churg-Strauss syndrome.

What happens if I miss a dose of Singulair tablet 10 mg 14’s?

Adults: 10 mg daily at bedtime with or without food.
Children: Prophylaxis of asthma: 6 mth-6 yr, 4 mg once daily in the evening; 6-15 yr, 5 mg once daily in the evening; 15-18 yr, 10 mg once daily in the evening.
Symptomatic relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis in children with asthma: 15-18 yr, 10 mg once daily in the evening.
