Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s is used to treat the symptoms associated with seasonal and long-term rhinitis.

Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s is used to treat chronic skin complications associated with utricaria.

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s.

Kidney Disease
Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s is not recommended for use in patients with end-stage kidney disease and creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. It is not recommended for use in children below 12 years with an impaired kidney function.

CNS Depression
Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s may cause mild to moderate CNS depression resulting in sleepiness, difficulty in concentrating, etc. It is advised that you do not perform any activities that require high mental alertness such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you experience these side effects during treatment with this medicine.

Alcohol
Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s is not recommended for use by patients who consume alcohol on a regular basis due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

Other Medicines
Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s may increase the risk of sleepiness and impaired thinking when taken with medicines that are sedatives or tranquilizers. What happens if I miss a dose of Sliz tablet 5 mg 10’s?
Adults: 5 mg daily. Children: Under 2 yr, not recommended; 2-6 yr, 1.25 mg twice daily; 6-18 yr, 5 mg once daily.
