Nausea, vomiting, weight gain, breast tenderness & enlargement, withdrawal bleeding, sodium retention with oedema, liver function disorders, jaundice, rashes, chloasma, headache. Endometrial carcinoma in post menopausal women.
What happens if I miss a dose of Star-Gest tablet 2/0.5 mg 21’s?
Adults: 1 estradiol tab daily for 11 days then 1 combined tab daily for 10 days followed by 7 tab-free days. Start on fifth day of menses. Children: Not applicable.
