How to use Streptomycin Injection 1 gm 1 Vial
Reconstitute with 4.2, 3.2, or 1.8 mL of SWFI to yield solutions containing 200, 250, or 400 mg/mL, respectively. Administered by deep IM injection well within the body of a relatively large muscle. IV route is not recommended.
Stability: Reconstituted solutions are stable for 1 week at room temperature and protect from light.

What happens if I miss a dose of Streptomycin Injection 1 gm 1 Vial?
Adults: IM: 15 mg/kg/day when used as a daily therapy. Max 1 gm. Children: IM: 20-40 mg/kg/day when used as a daily therapy. Max 1 gm/day.
