How to use Streptomycin Injection 1 gm 1 Vial

Reconstitute with 4.2, 3.2, or 1.8 mL of SWFI to yield solutions containing 200, 250, or 400 mg/mL, respectively. Administered by deep IM injection well within the body of a relatively large muscle. IV route is not recommended.
Stability: Reconstituted solutions are stable for 1 week at room temperature and protect from light.
