How It Works
Tafinlar (generic name dabrafenib) is a kinase inhibitor that works by targeting and inhibiting the activity of mutated forms of the BRAF protein. BRAF mutations are commonly found in certain types of cancer, including melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). By inhibiting the mutated BRAF protein, Tafinlar helps to slow down or stop the growth of cancer cells.

Indications

- Severe hypersensitivity reaction to dabrafenib
