Tandegyl tablet DS 2 mg 10’s is used to relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergies such as a runny nose, watery eyes, or sneezing.

Tandegyl tablet DS 2 mg 10’s is used to relieve the symptoms of urticaria, namely a skin rash caused by a reaction to food, medicines, or other irritants.

Angioedema
Tandegyl tablet DS 2 mg 10’s is used to relieve a severe swelling beneath the skin or mucosa.

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Tandegyl tablet DS 2 mg 10’s or any other components present along with it.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with asthma due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

This medicine is not recommended for use in newborn children and premature infants due to the increased risk of serious side effects.

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO)
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients taking Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine, etc. due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with conditions like glaucoma, urinary retention, or urinary obstruction due to the increased risk of anticholinergic effects that can worsen the existing condition. Administered by IV injection slowly over 2-3 min.
Compatibility: 0.9% NaCl, glucose 5%.

What happens if I miss a dose of Tandegyl tablet DS 2 mg 10’s?
INJECTION: Usually anaphylaxis or histamine reactions: Adults: 1 amp IV. Children: 0.025 mg/kg body-wt IV.
ORAL: Adults: 1 tab or 20 mL morning and night. Children: Every 12 hr. 1-3 yr, 1-2 tsf; 3-6 yr, 2 tsf; 6-12 yr, 2-4 tsf.
