- Liver Disease This medicine is not recommended for patients who have moderate to severe hepatic impairment. No dosage adjustment is required in patients with mild hepatic impairment; however, caution is advised when using this medicine in such patients.
- Kidney Disease This medicine should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease due to the increased risk of adverse effects.
