What happens if I miss a dose of Triomune 30 tablet 150/30/200 mg 30’s?
Adults: lt;60 kg: 1 tab of 30 mg every 12 hr. gt;60 kg: 1 tab of 40 mg every 12 hr. Children: gt;14 days, lt;30 kg: 1 mg of stavudine/kg every 12 hr gt;30 kg: Same as adult dose. Neonates lt;2 wk: 500 mcg of stavudine/kg every 12 hr.
