How it works
Urinal suspension 250 mg/5 mL 60 mL inhibit a subunit of DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV and induce formation of cleavage complexes.[3] It also inhibits the nicking-closing activity on the subunit of DNA gyrase that releases the positive binding stress on the supercoiled DNA.

Gl, CNS and visual disturbances. Skin rashes, blood dyscrasias, convulsions, photosensitivity, intracranial hypertension.
What happens if I miss a dose of Urinal suspension 250 mg/5 mL 60 mL?
Adults: Urinary tract infections: Acute infections, 1 gm four times daily for min 7 day. Chronic infections, 500 mg four times daily.
GI infections: 500 mg-1 gm four times daily.
Children: Under 3 mth, not recommended; Urinary tract infection resistant to other antibiotics: 3 mth-12 yr, 12.5 mg/kg 4 times daily for 7 days, reduced to 7.5 mg/kg 4 times daily in prolonged therapy or 15 mg/kg twice daily for prophylaxis; 12-18 yr, 900 mg 4 times daily for 7 days, reduced in chronic infections to 600 mg 4 times daily.
