How it works
Valvprin tablet Plus 75/150 mg 10’s is metabolized to its active form by carboxylesterase-1.3 The active form is a platelet inhibitor that irreversibly binds to P2Y12 ADP receptors on platelets.9 This binding prevents ADP binding to P2Y12 receptors, activation of the glycoprotein GPIIb/IIIa complex, and platelet aggregation.9

what are the adverse effects of Valvprin tablet Plus 75/150 mg 10’s?
Clopidogrel: Bleeding episodes, GI upset, haematoma, skin reactions. Nervous system, hepatic, biliary or haematological disorders. Rarely, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
Aspirin: Bronchospasm, GI upset, allergic reactions, GI and other haemorrhage. Tinnitus, vertigo, confusion, increased bleeding.

Adults: 1 tab daily. Children: Not recommended.
