W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial is used in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia which is a common type of lung infection caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae.

Pyelonephriits
W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial is used in the treatment of Pyelonephritis which is a type of kidney infection caused by E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococci and Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Skin and Soft tissue infections
W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial is used to treat skin and soft tissue infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes.

Intra-abdominal Infection
W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial is used in the treatment of intra-abdominal infections caused by Helicobacter pylori, Staphylococci and Streptococci.

Allergy
Avoid if you have a known allergy to W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial or any other Beta-lactam antibiotics like penicillins or cephalosporins.

Avoid taking this medicine if you have a known allergy to it or any other Beta-lactam antibiotics like penicillins and cephalosporins. Seek immediate medical attention if the patient experiences any allergic symptoms like rash, itching, nausea or vomiting, swelling of lips, hands, and feet.

Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea
Avoid if you experience severe diarrhea after receiving W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial As antibiotic therapy will cause an imbalance in the normal microbial flora in the large intestine which promotes the growth of bacteria called clostridium difficile.

Drug-resistance
Usage of W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial without sufficient proof or suspicion of a bacterial infection should be avoided. Irrational dosing might fail in providing the benefits and even cause toxicity. It may also increase the risk of development of bacteria that is drug resistant.

Impaired kidney function
Use with caution if you have a preexisting kidney disease. Appropriate dose adjustments are to be made based of CrCl or eGFR.

Neurotoxicity
W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial may increase the risk of serious adverse effects like encephalopathy, seizures, and nonconvulsive status epilepticus. These reactions may occur in the patients with impaired kidney function with no proper dose adjustment.

The missed dose should be taken as soon possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it's already time for your next scheduled dose.

The blood concentration of intravenous W-PIME 1gm Injection Per Vial may increase in the patients suffering from impaired kidney function. Suitable dose adjustments are to be made based on the severity of the condition. Frequent monitoring of kidney function tests is necessary.
