How it works
X-Pan syrup 60 mL binds to the histamine H1 receptor. This blocks the action of endogenous histamine, which subsequently leads to temporary relief of the negative symptoms brought on by histamine.

What happens if I miss a dose of X-Pan syrup 60 mL?
Tab: Adults: 1 tab 3 times daily. Children: Over 12 yr, same as adult; below 10 yr, use syrup.
Syp: All 3 times daily. Adults: 10 mL. Children: Over 9 yr, 10 mL; 5-9 yr, 5 mL; upto 4 yr, 2.5 mL.
