This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a known history of allergy to Xolisan 0.10% Nasal Spray Aq 20 ml or any other ingredient present with it.

This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a disease of the heart and the blood vessels.

Increase in blood pressure
Use of this medicine may cause and increase in the blood pressure levels and hence should be used with caution in patients who are hypertensive.

Use of this medicine has been associated with an increased risk of adverse effects on the cardiovascular system and hence should be used with caution if you have an active disease of the heart.

Thyroid gland disorder
