what are the adverse effects of Xurin-K tablet 573/0.5 mg 30’s?
Potassium chloride: Rash, cramps, GI discomfort, thrombocytopenia, gynaecomastia. Discontinue if any symptoms of ulceration or obstruction of small bowel occur.
Bumetanide: Electrolytes disturbance, GI upsets, cramps, hyperuricaemia, hyperglycaemia, gynaecomastia, blood dyscrasias, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, hypotension, cholestasis, jaundice, skin reactions, myalgia, muscle spasms, arthralgia, fatigue, acute renal failure, raised creatinine.
