Impaired liver function
XYROX 250mg|5ml Tablet 10s may increase the liver enzymes and may cause cholestatic hepatitis, with or without jaundice. This medicine should be used with caution in the patients with the history of liver disease. Dose adjustments are to be made based on the severity of liver injury.

QT prolongation
XYROX 250mg|5ml Tablet 10s should be used with caution in the patients receiving QT prolongation medications as it can increase the risk of arrhythmia. Frequent monitoring of heart function is necessary and an alternate medicine should be considered.

Myasthenia Gravis
vshould be used with caution in the patients with the history of Myasthenia Gravis as it may aggravate the weakness in these patients.
