How to use Zequin tablet 200 mg 10’s

Inj must be diluted to 2 mg/mL prior to administration. Infuse over 60 min.
Compatibility: Stable in D5LR, D5W, D5NS. Incompatible with SWFI.
Stability: Store at 25°C. Do not freeze.

What happens if I miss a dose of Zequin tablet 200 mg 10’s?

ORAL/INJECTION IV: Adults: 400 mg every 24 hr. The duration of treatment for following infections are:
Acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis: 5 days.
Acute sinusitis: 10 days.
Community-acquired pneumonia: 7-14 days.
Uncomplicated skin structure infections: 7-10 days.
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections (cystitis): 3 days.
Complicated urinary tract infections: 7-10 days.
Acute pyelonephritis: 7-10 days.
Uncomplicated urethral and cervical or rectal gonorrhoea: Single dose.
Children: Not recommended.
