What happens if I miss a dose of Zinphate syrup 20 mg 60 mL?

Zinc deficiency: Infants & Children: 1.35-2.70 mg zinc sulphate mono-hydrate/kg/day (0.5-1 mg elemental zinc/kg/day) divided in 1-3 times daily. Larger doses may be required if impaired intestinal absorption or an excessive loss of zinc (e.g. Excessive, prolonged diarrhoea). Adults: 70-140 mg zinc sulphate mono-hydrate/dose (25-50 mg elemental zinc/dose) three times daily.
