• CNS effects

  This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of CNS side effects such as hallucinations, dizziness, drowsiness, abnormal dreams, etc. Patients should be closely monitored for any changes in mood or behavior. • Fat redistribution

• Liver disease

• Hypercholesterolemia
