Adults: Depression associated with Bipolar1 disorder: Initial 25 mg/6 mg per day in evening. Max 75 mg/18 mg per day.
Treatment resistant depression: Initial 25 mg/6 mg per day in evening. Max 75 mg/18 mg per day.
