Headache, flushing, nausea, diarrhoea, bleeding tendency, dizziness, increased liver enzyme, bilirubin and triglyceride concentrations.

What happens if I miss a dose of Benprost tablet 20 mcg 10’s?

Chronic arterial occlusion: Adults: 40 mcg three times daily.
Primary Pulmonary hypertension: Adults: Start from a lower dose. Usual dose: 1 mcg/kg/day up to 20 mcg three times daily. Reduce dose to 0.5 mcg/kg/day or 20-40 mcg daily in 2-3 divided doses if adverse reaction occur, or discontinue if needed. Gradually increase dose if needed up to max 180 mcg in three or four divided doses.
Children: Not recommended.
