What happens if I miss a dose of Blisscolic syrup 10 mg/5 mL 60 mL?

TABLET: Adults: 10-20 mg three times daily.
SYRUP: Infants & Children: 6 mth-2 yr, 2.5-5 mL before each feed, max four doses in 24 hr. 2-12 yr, 5 mL three times daily. 12-18 yr, 5-10 mL three times daily. Adults: 10 mL three to four times daily.
