Serotonin syndrome
Use of this medicine along with other serotonergic drugs may cause a condition marked by high body temperature, agitation, increased reflexes, tremor, sweating, dilated pupils and diarrhea.

It may take several weeks for the symptoms to improve. Do not stop the use of this medicine abruptly.

what are the adverse effects of Jeta tablet 15 mg 20’s?
Weight gain, increases appetite, abnormal dreams, confusion, anxiety, insomnia, drowsiness, headache, lethargy, dizziness, tremor, orthostatic hypotension, dry mouth, GI upset, rash, arthralgia, myalgia, back pain, peripheral oedema, fatigue. Reports of hyponatraemia, agranulocytosis; warn patients to report signs of infection, stop treatment and perform blood count.
What happens if I miss a dose of Jeta tablet 15 mg 20’s?
Adults: Initially 15 mg once daily at night. Titrate according to response, usually 15-45 mg as a single dose at night or in two equally divided doses morning and night. Withdraw gradually when symptom free 4-6 mth. Children: Not recommended.
