Heart failure
This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients who are concomitantly taking PPAR-gamma agonists (Thiazolidinediones) due to the increased risk of fluid retention which may exacerbate to heart failure. This medicine (pen) should not be shared with others even if the needle is changed.

Driving or Operating machinery
This medicine may cause symptoms such as blurred vision, dizziness, inability to concentrate etc. in some patients. Adults & Children over 6 yr: By SC Inj. Dosage according to individual requirements.
The dosage of insulin should be adjusted to maintain premeal and bedtime blood glucose of 80-140 mg/dL (Children lt; 5 yr: 100-200 mg/dL).
