  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a history of NSAID or aspirin-induced asthma due to the increased risk of a recurrent asthma attack.

• Pregnancy

  This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine.

• Breast-feeding

  This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine. If the medicine is used, the infant should be monitored closely for any undesirable side effects.

• Bleeding

  This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of bleeding from the eyes. This risk is especially higher in patients suffering from any bleeding disorders. Close monitoring of clinical condition, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition of the patient.

• Corneal damage and Keratits

  This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of corneal damage or keratitis. This risk is especially higher if the medicine is used for longer durations and in higher doses than recommended. Report any unusual symptoms to the doctor immediately. Close monitoring of clinical condition, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition of the patient.

• Contact lens

  Your doctor may ask you to stop the usage of contact lenses for up to a few days prior to the surgery and for up to a few days to a few months post-surgery depending on the type of eye surgery performed. If you are able to use contact lenses post-surgery, they should be removed prior to the administration of the eye drops. You are advised to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes post administration of the eye drops before re-inserting the lenses.

• Driving or Operating machinery

  Use of this medicine may cause symptoms such as blurred vision or dizziness in some patients. It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you experience any of these symptoms during treatment with this medicine.

• Use in Pediatrics

  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 10 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.

• Contraception

  Women of childbearing potential are advised to use an effective form of contraception during treatment with this medicine.
