Allergy
Nizozole 2.00% Cream 10 gm is not recommended for use if you have a known allergy to this medicine.

QT Interval prolonging drugs
Nizozole 2.00% Cream 10 gm is not recommended for co-administration with drugs that are known to cause specific changes in heart rhythm.

Liver injury
Nizozole 2.00% Cream 10 gm can cause severe liver injury when high doses are used. Any known incidence of liver disease should be reported to the doctor. Dosage adjustments and safety monitoring might be required in such cases.

QT prolongation
Nizozole 2.00% Cream 10 gm may increase the QT prolongation. This risk is more if coadministered with other medicines that can cause QT prolongation. Close monitoring of heart function is necessary.
