Signs and symptoms such as extreme tiredness, painful joints, rashes and lesions on the skin after consuming OMERA 20mg Capsule 14s should be reported immediately to the doctor and OMERA 20mg Capsule 14s should be discontinued.

Impaired liver function
Use with caution if you suffer from liver impairment. A daily dose of 10 to 20 mg is sufficient.

Bone fracture
Use of high dose of OMERA 20mg Capsule 14s for prolonged duration may increase the risk of bone fractures especially in older patients and women. Supplements like Calcium citrate and Vitamin D should be taken after consulting the doctor.

Vitamin B12 deficiency
Long-term treatment with this medicine may decrease the absorption of Vitamin B-12 in the body. Appropriate corrective measures, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary in some cases based on the clinical condition.
