What happens if I miss a dose of Peyona Injection 20 mg/mL 10 Amp^?
Neonates: Loading dose: 20 mg/kg by slow IV infusion over 30 minutes. After an interval of 24 hours, Maintenance dose of 5 mg/kg may be administered by slow IV infusion over 10 minutes every 24 hours. Alternatively maintenance dose of 5 mg/kg may be administered by oral administration.
