How it works
Proglobe tablet 400 mg 10’s Exerts bactericidal activity via inhibition of bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding one or more of the penicillin binding proteins (PBPs). Exerts bacterial autolytic effect by inhibition of certain PBPs related to the activation of a bacterial autolytic process.

what are the adverse effects of Proglobe tablet 400 mg 10’s?
Hypersensitivity, GI upset, rash, transient rise in liver enzymes. Rarely pseudomembranous colitis.
What happens if I miss a dose of Proglobe tablet 400 mg 10’s?
Adults: 400 mg twice daily. In severe infections 800 mg twice daily. Children: 25-50 mg/kg/day in two equal doses.
