This medicine is used for the treatment in the healing of Erosive Esophagitis (inflammation and swelling of the lining of the esophagus) caused due to an excess amount of acid secretion.

This medicine is used in the treatment of reflux disease, where acid from the stomach enters and irritates the food pipe (esophagus).

Helicobacter pylori Infection
This medicine is used in combination with other medicines to treat and prevent the return of stomach ulcers caused due to Helicobacter Pylori bacteria.

Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
This medicine is used to treat a condition where an excessive amount of acid is produced in the stomach due to tumors in the small intestine.
