Antineoplastic: gt;3 yr & Adults & Elderly: Oral: 2-3 mg/kg/day calculated to nearest 20 mg or 75-200 mg/m²/day in 1-2 divided doses for 5-7 day or until remission is attained.
Children: lt;3 yr: Combination drug therapy for acute non-lymphocytic leukaemia: 3.3 mg/kg/day in divided doses twice daily for 4 days.
