What happens if I miss a dose of Unesoquine tablet 150 mg 20×10’s?
Acute attacks in non-immune subject, Adults: Single dose of 600 mg followed by 300 mg doses 6, 24 and 48 hr later.
For partially immune subjects: Adults: Single dose of 600 mg is often sufficient.
Children: Upto 1 yr, 50 mg; 1-4 yr, 50-100 mg; 5-8 yr, 150-200 mg; 9-12 yr, 200-300 mg. All once a wk.
