Conjunctival and intraocular haemorrhage, eye pain and irritation, anterior chamber flare, increased IOP, blurred vision, increased lacrimation, eyelid oedema, vitritis, uveitis, iritis, vitreous floaters, vitreous detachment, retinal detachment and degeneration, cataract corneal abrasion and oedema, ocular hyperaemia. Advise patient to report of non-ocular haemorrhage and arterial thromboembolic events.

What happens if I miss a dose of Eylea Injection 40 mg/mL 1 Vial?

Adults: AMD: 2 mg by intravitreal injection every mth for 3 mth, then every 2 mth. Review treatment interval after 12 mth based on visual and anatomic outcomes. CRVO: 2 mg by intravitreal injection every mth until visual and anatomic outcomes are stable. If necessary, continue with gradually increasing treatment intervals to maintain outcomes. Monitor after discontinuation and resume if deterioration. Discontinue if no improvement within first 3 mth. Children: Not recommended.
