Mild hypercalcaemia manifested by constipation, anorexia, nausea, vomiting. Severe hypercalcaemia manifested by confusion, delirium, stupor and coma. Pruritus, allergic reaction.

What happens if I miss a dose of Lophos tablet 10×10’s?

Adults: On dialysis: Initial 2 tab with each meal, can be increased gradually to bring the serum phosphate value less than 6 mg/dL as long as hypercalcaemia does not develop. Usual dose 3-4 tab with each meal. Do not give additional calcium supplements.
