    • Hyperkalemia

      Mictel tablet 40 mg 14’s may cause Hyperkalemia (a condition with an increase in the potassium levels in the blood). Use with caution in patients with concomitant use of potassium-sparing diuretics or potassium supplements and in patients with impaired kidney function.

    • Impaired liver function

      The elimination of Mictel tablet 40 mg 14’s is reduced in liver disease. Start treatment at low doses and titrate slowly.

    • Pediatric population

      The safety and efficacy of Mictel tablet 40 mg 14’s has not been established in children and adolescents age below 18 years.

    • Missed Dose

    Upper respiratory tract infection, back pain, sinusitis, diarrhoea, pharyngitis. Influenza-like symptoms, pain, chest pain, lack of efficacy, fever, hyperkalaemia, syncope, hypotension, acute renal failure. Acute transient myopia, acute angle-closure glaucoma (discontinue).

    What happens if I miss a dose of Mictel tablet 40 mg 14’s?

    Adults: 20-40 mg once daily. Max: 80 mg once daily. Children: Not recommended.
