what are the adverse effects of Pizosun syrup 60 mL?
Sedation, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation.
What happens if I miss a dose of Pizosun syrup 60 mL?
Children: 2-6 yr, 0.25-0.5 mg of pizotifen daily; 6-12 yr, 0.5-1 mg of pizotifen daily in 2 or 3 divided doses. Average maintenance doses, 0.025 mg(of pizotifen)/kg body-wt daily.
Adults: Starting with 0.5 mg (of pizotifen) per day, may be increased to 0.5 mg (of pizotifen) 3 times a day.
Migraine prophylaxis: Adults: Starting with 0.5 mg of pizotifen daily, should be increased progressively, average maintenance dose 1.5 mg of pizotifen daily in a single or in divided doses. In refractory cases the dosage may be increased to 3-4.5 mg of pizotifen daily, taken in 3 divided doses.
